Start Well: The Start Well Project was designed to address the rehabilitation needs of clients experiencing drug and alcohol related problems. It offered structured treatment and aftercare services and training and employment support to enable them to integrate into their communities. The project was delivered London-wide by a consortium of eight partners led by Rugby House.

Refugees into Paid Placement: provided paid work placement opportunities to refugees across London in the construction, business and administration, health and social care sectors.

Skills4Work: offered training end employment support to unemployed and economically inactive people in the construction, social care, creative, production and services industries sectors.
