We manage a wide range of projects, all of which are united by the aim of widening participation for all – especially the most disadvantaged people in society.
Our principle beneficiaries are:
The unemployed and those in low paid work including lone parents, homeless people, those recovering from addictions, people with disabilities and health conditions and other disadvantaged groups; Black, Asian and ethnic minority groups including refugees, asylum seekers who are assisted by the provision of vocational and employability skills training and support;
Community groups, which we empower to deliver high-quality employability skills training, enterprise and business support services;
Small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary organisations, which are aided by our ongoing support, information and training.
We also act as a partner in projects led by other organisations. To learn more about our current work, please follow the relevant links. You can also learn more about our past projects here.
